How do I know that Travel Detailing is "legit" and can handle my cruise travel plans?  Travel Detailing is a recognized travel agency, and are specialists with all major cruise lines! Search for us either by name, or zip code (21136) and you can 'check us out' with :: the Cruise Line Industry of America (CLIA), the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), IGLTA, and all of the major cruise lines too!  And once your reservation is confirmed, we'll give you a confirmation number, with which you can verify your travel arrangements on the cruise line's website.  Judi Lazoff also holds a seat on the Royal Caribbean International Travel Agent Advisory Board.

Why should I transfer my cruise reservations to Travel Detailing?  So that you too can receive our personalized, concierge style service, from agents who care about your trip!  And Travel Detailing can also provide bonuses too, whether they're shipboard credits, or other little "extras" that make your cruise even more special!

Does Travel Detailing have cancellation penalties/fees? No, we don't!  We simply abide by each cruise line's individual cancellation policies, and follow their guidelines.  You can refer to the individual cruise line website's for that information.

When will I receive my cruise tickets? We generally receive your documents from the cruise lines anywhere from 2-4 weeks prior to your sail date, and as soon as we get them, we send them out to you!

What if I have shipboard credits on the reservation, from the cruise line?
No problem, those will remain in place - you're entitled to them, we don't take those away!

What if there's been a coupon applied from the cruise line?  Again, that will also remain in place, it's not a problem!  Travel Detailing is here to make your entire vacation experience the best that it can be, from start to finish, and that includes before you even leave home!

Suppose the cruise line drops the price of the cruise before I sail - will Travel Detailing honor the new prices?
Absolutely!  provided that it's allowed by the cruise line.  The only exclusions are where the pricing is valid on new bookings only.

Is there any instance where I can't transfer my reservation to Travel Detailing?
Unfortunately, once your reservation has been paid in full, it cannot be transferred to an agent.
